Bit of a tangarnt here, but resently been indexing issues of 'Warlock' for a old miniatures (and related) site and love how much everyone seams to Love Derek the Troll. from the image set used on all book reviews, to 'Derek's Kwill' where he runs the letters page for a while, and alot of mentions of him all through the magazine. Kinda feel sorry for Ian McDonald.. he won the issue 2 cartoon competition (with a Robert Dene being second) and while McDonald's strip did last some time, it finished before the end of the magazine and didn't seam to get as much love.

It's good that Derek the Troll is still fondly remembered by people considering I didn't do that many. One day I hope to finish off the new series I started for online comic Goof! before the comic folded and publish it in print, - although I can't really promise anything at the moment.
