Here's a photo I took in 2007 while I was inking a Brickman page for Elephantmen, published by Image Comics in the USA. As you can see, it co-starred Combat Colin!

What pen do you recommend for inking, Lew?
Whatever you feel happy with. I've used various pens over the years; Rapidographs, dip-nibs, Tombow pens. These days I use UniPin Fine Line pens and Zig Cartoonist Mangaka Felxible brush pens.
