Big thanks to Tony Lee, Amy McGarry-Thickett, Antony McGarry-Thickett, and their tireless team for making sure the London Comic Festival ran smoothly last weekend, and for looking after the guests so well. All the attendees I spoke to were enjoying it too!Part of the London Film and Comic Con, the London Comic Festival took place at Olympia in Kensington as usual, and was a very pleasant weekend indeed.
Huge thanks also of course to everyone who stopped by my table to buy a comic and/or sketch and have a chat. This was only my second comic con this year and I'd missed the interactions with the readers so it was very much appreciated.
It was so good to catch up with my good friends in the comics industry. Some I've known for decades, some I only met this year. The nice thing about these shows is we're all of different ages and backgrounds which reflects the diversity of the comics biz and even keeps an old fogie like me feeling young at heart.
Far too many people to mention, and I'm bound to forget some anyway, so here's a selection of photos from the Sunday. The only downside is it'll be a while before we meet up again.

Going by the 4th photograph at least one fan was interested in what you had to say.
4th photo? Sadly there's not always a big attendance at panels now, especially on a Sunday morning, but there were others out of shot.
4th from the bottom, hoe people scroll. How to you do if lol?
Why would you scroll from the bottom when articles and images are laid out to be read from the top?
The convention is one of the highlights of my summer and I go mainly for the Comic Festival :)
Always good to see you Lew and many thanks again for the terrific Felix sketch :)
Thanks for commissioning me to draw it, Christopher. He's always fun to do. Great to see you! Yes, LFCC is one of my favourites too. Well organised and it just feels right to have a con in London.
